You may return your items at any time within the first 30 days after purchase. To begin the process please email our returns department at support@gymproluxe.com.
Please note the following:
The returns must be in the original condition & original packaging.
Your refund will be issued in 3-5 business days after the return has been received.
Gymproluxe will not provide additional packaging to return your items.
Please send with tracked shipping so we can track when it arrives at warehouse.

Genuine Use Only: This policy is intended to give you the opportunity to evaluate your Gymproluxe set. If we believe the return is not due to genuine dissatisfaction, we reserve the right to decline the return request and refuse future purchases.
Exclusions: The 30-day return policy is exclusively for consumer purchases made through our website. It does not apply to purchases from other marketplaces.
Warranty
All our bands come with a free limited lifetime replacement warranty (valid for up to 2 replacements in a 365 days period, subject to review on an individual customer basis). This is an exclusive warranty limited to our resistance bands kits range covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not apply to any other product ranges we offer and is applicable to the expected normal lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer. This warranty is also applicable only to the original owner, not for any subsequent owner.
